"I am extremely satisfied with BroadRiver’s customer service. I recall when we first switched service from another carrier, our Internet speed slowed to a near dead stop and their tech was on the phone with me diligently trying to trouble shoot. He discovered that our wireless had been hacked and the hacker was sucking up all our bandwidth. We resolved the problem and they continued to monitor us for about a week to be sure all was well. I had another issue in which their tech helped me troubleshoot a setting gone bad in one of my computers having nothing to do with them at all. Beyond customer service! Even with all of the great service, I still save about 50% over what I was paying before. I feel like a plant sometimes because of my glowing references for them but I assure you it is only because I have had nothing but the best in customer service, reliability, tech support and price.
